FAQs
Are these nappies reusable?
No, these are disposable diapers and should be discarded after one use.
How do I know if size 6.5 is right for my dog?
Measure your dog's stomach circumference; this size is designed for a range of 54-75 cm.
Can I leave this on all day?
You should check the diaper regularly and change it as soon as it becomes soiled to maintain your dog's skin hygiene.
Will this fit a dog with a docked tail?
Yes, the tail opening is designed to accommodate different tail types, though functionality may vary slightly depending on the tail length.
Can this be used for male dogs?
While the design is universal, ensure the coverage extends properly over the required area to prevent leaks.
Troubleshooting
The diaper keeps slipping off.
Check the tightness of the adhesive tabs. If the dog is between sizes, ensure you have selected the correct circumference range.
The dog is trying to chew or remove the nappy.
Distract your dog with a toy or treat immediately after putting it on to help them get accustomed to the sensation.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- High-absorbency gel core prevents wetness on skin
- Tail hole design ensures mobility and comfort
- Adhesive tabs allow for an easy, adjustable fit
- Discreet black color hides stains effectively
- Protects furniture and carpets from accidents
Cons
- Disposable nature requires frequent repurchasing
- Must be sized accurately to avoid leaks
- Not suitable for heavy chewers who may try to remove them
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To apply the nappy, guide your dog's tail through the dedicated opening and pull the diaper between the rear legs. Use the adhesive tabs to secure the sides to the top of the diaper, ensuring it is snug enough to prevent slipping but loose enough so it does not restrict breathing or digestion. For size 6.5, ensure your dog's stomach circumference measures between 54 cm and 75 cm for the best results. These nappies are strictly for single use. Remove and dispose of them immediately once soiled to keep your dog clean and prevent skin irritation.
