The Pukka Pad Haze A4 Ringbinder Files (Box of 5) are designed for individuals seeking stylish and functional organization for their A4 documents. The key benefit is the blend of modern aesthetics with secure document storage, featuring eye-catching holographic foil details. A caveat is that the assorted designs mean specific color choices are not guaranteed, adding an element of surprise. This pack offers a convenient way to manage papers with its durable construction and reliable O-ring mechanism, making it suitable for offices, schools, and homes.

These ringbinders are designed to hold standard A4 documents.
No, the designs are assorted, and the colors received (green, blue, taupe) may vary within the box of 5.
Each box contains 5 A4 ringbinder files.
They are made from paperboard with co-ordinating linings.
They are suitable for standard document loads. For extremely thick document collections, consider binders with larger ring capacities.
These Pukka Pads are manufactured in the UK.
Wipe the covers clean with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excessive moisture.
Gently check for any obstructions within the rings. You can try applying a small amount of graphite lubricant (from a pencil tip) to the hinge points of the rings. If the issue persists, the mechanism may be damaged.
Avoid abrasive cleaning methods. If minor peeling occurs, it is usually cosmetic. Protect the cover by storing it carefully and avoid placing heavy or sharp objects on top of it.
Ensure the binder is stored flat and away from extreme heat or moisture. If slightly warped, place heavy books on top of it while stored flat to help it regain shape.
Setup: These ringbinder files arrive ready for immediate use. Simply open the O-ring mechanism by gently pulling the levers apart, insert your A4 documents, and press the levers closed to secure them. Ensure the rings are fully closed to prevent papers from falling out.
Compatibility: The files are designed to hold standard A4 (210mm x 297mm) paper. They are compatible with most standard hole punches for preparing documents.
Care: To maintain the appearance and integrity of the ringbinders, wipe them clean with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the holographic foil and paperboard. Keep the binders away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight to prevent warping or fading.
