Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up your new planters is straightforward. Before potting, ensure you have a layer of expanded clay pellets or potting gravel at the base to optimize the drainage hole's function. When transplanting, gently remove your plant from its nursery container and center it within the GardenSkill pot, filling the remaining space with a high-quality potting mix.
For long-term care, the matte finish is easy to maintain. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dust or soil splatters—avoid using harsh abrasive sponges that could scratch the textured surface. During deep cleaning, you can wash the pots with mild soap and water, ensuring they are completely dry before placing them back on sensitive furniture.
