FAQs

Is this cap suitable for sports?

While lightweight, the 100% polyester material and lack of specific performance features like moisture-wicking make it best suited for casual wear rather than intense athletic activities.

How do I clean the silicone patch?

The silicone patch can be gently wiped with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or excessive force, as this could damage the patch.

What does 'two-material construction' refer to?

This refers to the cap using at least two distinct materials, likely a combination of fabric for the main body and potentially a mesh or different textile for certain panels, alongside the polyester.

Can the size be adjusted significantly?

Yes, the adjustable back closure allows for a customizable fit to accommodate various adult head sizes comfortably.

What is the primary material of the cap?

The cap is made from 100% polyester.

Is the logo embroidered or printed?

The logo on the front of the cap is embroidered, providing a textured and durable design element.

Troubleshooting

Cap does not fit securely

Adjust the rear strap until a snug yet comfortable fit is achieved. Ensure the strap is properly engaged.

Visible wear on embroidered logo

Avoid harsh scrubbing directly on the logo during cleaning. Follow hand wash and air dry instructions carefully.

Silicone patch appears loose

Gently press the patch to ensure adhesion. If significantly detached, contact customer support for potential resolution.

Cap feels warm in hot weather

The 100% polyester construction is lightweight but may retain heat. For extreme heat, consider removing the cap or seeking shaded areas.
