FAQs

How often should I replace the refill sheets?

The frequency depends on how often you use the palette and the humidity of your environment. Generally, replace the sheets when they become saturated with paint or lose their ability to retain moisture.

Can I use these refills with other brands of palettes?

No, these refills are specifically designed for Daler Rowney Staywet Palettes.

How do I clean the Staywet palette?

Wipe the palette with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the plastic. Ensure the palette is dry before adding new refill sheets.

What is the purpose of the reservoir papers?

The reservoir papers help maintain the moisture level within the palette, keeping the acrylic paints from drying out too quickly.

How should I store the palette?

Store the palette in a cool, dry place when not in use. Always cover the palette to maintain moisture levels.
