FAQs

Is the material stretchy?

The polyester fabric provides a structured fit but has limited natural stretch. Please refer to the sizing guide to ensure an optimal fit.

Can I tumble dry this garment?

It is not recommended. High heat from a tumble dryer can shrink or damage the synthetic polyester fibers.

How do I choose the right size?

The sizes range from XS to L. Measure your natural waist and hips to match against the size chart provided by Stradivarius.

Does the skort feature any pockets?

The design focuses on a clean silhouette and does not include external pockets.

What should I do if the zipper breaks?

If the zipper becomes misaligned or breaks, it is recommended to take it to a professional tailor for a replacement rather than attempting to force it.

Troubleshooting

The side zipper sticks or does not slide smoothly.

Ensure no fabric is caught in the teeth of the zip. If it continues to stick, apply a small amount of graphite from a pencil to the zipper teeth to act as a lubricant.

Static cling occurs due to the polyester material.

Lightly mist the inner side of the skort with water or use a dedicated anti-static spray before wearing.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your Stradivarius Wide-waist mini skort, follow these care instructions:

Washing: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water to prevent color fading and fabric degradation.
Drying: Air dry is recommended to maintain the structural integrity of the waistband and the shape of the skirt.
Ironing: Use a low-heat setting if ironing is necessary, preferably with a pressing cloth to protect the synthetic fibers.
Storage: Hang the skort using clips to avoid creasing the waistband area.
