Yes, the 3.6m rail can be cut to fit your specific staircase dimensions using standard cutting tools.
The Edstone range is primarily designed for interior use. Please check the specific product specifications for outdoor suitability if exposure to weather is expected.
The system is designed to accommodate floor-to-floor heights of up to 2800mm.
The kit includes the primary components for the rail system. Always verify the contents against the packaging list upon arrival.
For the best visual and structural results, it is recommended to keep within the Edstone range to ensure compatibility.
The finish is durable, but avoid impact with sharp, heavy objects to preserve the integrity of the coating.
Ensure all mounting brackets are securely tightened and the rail segments are fully seated into the joiners.
Check that all wall fixings are properly anchored into a solid stud or structural member rather than just drywall.
Setup requires basic household tools, focusing on ensuring the structural integrity of the wall mounts. Before installation, confirm the floor-to-floor height does not exceed 2800mm to ensure the reach of the rail is sufficient. For compatibility, ensure all connecting hardware is sourced from the Edstone range to maintain the consistency of the white finish. To care for the system, simply wipe the handrail with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals that could scratch or discolor the white finish.
