The Eureka Mignon Zero is designed for coffee enthusiasts seeking precision and consistency in their grind, particularly for espresso, moka, and Turkish coffee. It offers exceptional grinding quality with its 55-mm flat burrs and features a low-retention design, ensuring minimal waste and a clean grinding chamber. A key benefit is the stepless micrometric regulation system, providing precise control over grind size. However, users should be aware that the initial setup might require some experimentation to dial in the perfect grind setting for their specific beans and brewing method.

It is recommended to clean the grinder every 1-2 weeks, depending on usage. More frequent cleaning may be necessary if using oily beans.
The Eureka Mignon Zero is designed for grinding whole beans. Using pre-ground coffee is not recommended.
Use the stepless micrometric regulation knob located on the side of the grinder. Turn the knob to the desired grind setting; finer for espresso and coarser for other brewing methods.
The Eureka Mignon Zero uses 55-mm flat burrs.
The ACE system (Anti-Clump & Electrostaticity) minimizes clumping and static electricity in the ground coffee, resulting in a more consistent dose and less mess.
The Eureka Mignon Zero is designed for home use and small-scale professional settings, as it has a daily capacity of 1–1.5 kg.
Remove the top burr carrier and unscrew the burrs. Install the new burrs and reassemble the grinder. The grind setting is kept unchanged after maintenance (whether cleaning or replacing burrs).
Check the power connection and ensure the grinder is plugged into a working outlet. Check the on/off switch.
Check that the burrs are properly aligned and that the grind size adjustment is set correctly. Clean the burrs to remove any buildup.
Ensure the grinder is placed on a stable surface. Check for any objects that might be causing vibration. If noise persists, the burrs may be worn and need replacement.
Ensure the ACE system is functioning properly. Experiment with different grind settings.
Compatibility: The adjustable fork is compatible with the Eureka dosing cup and most portafilters.
