Gently hold the corners of the mat and allow it to naturally fold along the center groove. This action collects the water for easy disposal into the sink.
Can this mat be used in a dishwasher?
No, the mat is not dishwasher safe. It should be hand-washed with mild soap and warm water.
What are the dimensions of the large size?
The large size measures 31.5 cm in length, 43.5 cm in width, and 1 cm in height.
Will the soft surface damage my delicate glasses?

How should I store the mat when not in use?
The mat can be easily stored by folding it and placing it in a cupboard or drawer. Ensure it is clean and dry before storing.
Is the grey color prone to staining?
The TPE material is generally resistant to staining, but prompt cleaning after use is recommended to maintain its appearance.
Troubleshooting
Mat does not drain effectively into the sink.
Ensure the mat is placed on a slight incline towards the sink. Check that the folding edge is correctly positioned over the sink basin.
Water pools on the surface of the mat.
Verify that the parallel ribs and striped grooves are clear of debris. Ensure items are not placed in a way that completely blocks the channels.
Mat retains odors.
Clean the mat regularly with soap and water. Ensure it is dried thoroughly after each use or wash. Allow it to air out completely if stored for extended periods.
Mat feels sticky or gummy.
This can occur with prolonged contact with certain oils or detergents. Wash thoroughly with warm water and mild dish soap, then rinse and dry completely.
