Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from rust or loose paint. Sand the surface to provide a key for the filler to adhere to.
- Mixing: Mix the filler thoroughly with the hardener according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Application: Apply the mixed filler to the damaged area using a spatula or applicator.
- Hardening: Allow the filler to harden completely before sanding. The hardening time is typically short, but this can vary depending on environmental conditions.
- Sanding: Once hardened, sand the filler smooth using progressively finer grades of sandpaper.
- Painting: After sanding, the filled area can be painted to match the surrounding surface.
Compatibility: The filler is compatible with a wide range of surfaces, including wood, metal, concrete, and some PVCs. It is also compatible with most types of paint.
Care: Store the filler in a cool, dry place. Ensure the container is tightly sealed when not in use to prevent the filler from drying out.
