Troubleshooting
Doormat does not lay flat
Unroll the doormat immediately after unpacking and allow up to 72 hours for it to naturally flatten. Place weights on corners if necessary during this period.
Dirt is difficult to remove with shaking
Use a vacuum cleaner to thoroughly remove embedded dirt and debris.
Mat slides or moves easily
Ensure the PVC backing is clean and dry, as dirt or moisture can affect its grip. Check that the surface beneath the mat is also clean and dry.
Fibers appear damaged after cleaning
Avoid washing the mat. Stick to shaking and vacuuming as per the care instructions to preserve the coir fibers.

- Easy to clean and maintain
- Generous size for effective shoe cleaning
Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
Upon receiving your doormat, it is recommended to unfold it as soon as possible. Due to the nature of the material, it may take up to 72 hours to fully flatten and reach its desired state. Place it in its intended location during this period.
Compatibility:
This doormat is compatible with most standard exterior doorways. The 1.25 cm pile height should allow for most doors to open and close without obstruction, though it's advisable to check your specific door clearance. The natural color and text pattern blend well with various home styles.
Care Instructions:
- Regular Cleaning: Shake the doormat out regularly outdoors to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Deeper Cleaning: For more ingrained dirt, use a vacuum cleaner.
- Washing: Do not wash the mat. Washing can compromise the integrity and appearance of the natural coir fibers and potentially damage the PVC backing.
- Drying: Allow the mat to air dry completely if it becomes wet, away from direct heat sources.
