This MASS DYNAMIC Soft Close Square Toilet Seat in white is ideal for homeowners seeking a blend of modern aesthetics, quiet operation, and easy maintenance. Its key benefit is the silent, slow-closing lid that prevents slamming and prolongs the seat's life. A minor consideration is its specific square shape, which requires compatibility with square-shaped toilets. The seat features a durable, scratch-resistant urea formaldehyde construction, a top-fixing system for secure installation, and a quick-release mechanism for effortless cleaning.

The soft-close feature is automatic. Simply let go of the seat or lid, and it will descend slowly and silently on its own. Do not force it closed.
The toilet seat is made from durable, scratch-resistant urea formaldehyde (UF) material.
Press the one-button quick-release mechanism located at the hinge point. This will allow you to detach the seat from the mounting hardware for easy cleaning.
It is recommended to use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the surface.
The dimensions of the toilet seat are 421 mm in length and 352 mm in width.
No, this seat is specifically designed for modern square-shaped toilet bowls. Please ensure your toilet has a square shape for proper fit.
The improved top-fixing system is designed for a secure and stable attachment, allowing for installation and tightening from the top of the toilet bowl.
Check if the hinges are properly aligned and tightened. Ensure there are no obstructions preventing the slow-close mechanism from engaging.
Re-tighten the top-fixing bolts. Ensure the mounting holes on the toilet are clear and the bolts are correctly seated.
Ensure the area around the quick-release button is clean and free from debris. Gently operate the button; do not force it.
Double-check that your toilet bowl is square-shaped and that the seat dimensions (421 mm x 352 mm) are compatible with your specific toilet model's mounting points.
