Full details
The Matteo Super King Size Ottoman Bed Frame in grey is designed for homeowners who prioritize both aesthetic sophistication and high-capacity bedroom organization. Its primary benefit is the seamless integration of a spacious hydraulic storage compartment beneath a luxury-padded, rivet-detailed frame, making it ideal for decluttering large rooms. However, prospective buyers should note that the unit requires full assembly upon delivery and does not include a mattress, necessitating a separate purchase to complete the setup.

FAQs
Is the mattress included?
No, the mattress is not included. You will need to provide a standard 180 x 200 cm Super King mattress.
What is the primary material?
The frame features a luxury grey fabric upholstery with padded sections and decorative metal rivet details.
How much weight can the storage area hold?
While the storage is very spacious, it is designed for standard bedroom items like linens, clothes, and pillows. Avoid storing excessively heavy industrial equipment inside.
Does it require two people to assemble?
Due to the size of the components and the weight of the hydraulic frame, it is highly recommended to have two people present for assembly.
How do I clean the grey fabric?
Regular vacuuming is recommended. For spot cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild upholstery cleaner and always test on a small, hidden area first.
Troubleshooting
Hydraulic lift feels stiff or won't stay open
Ensure the mattress is in place; the hydraulic system requires the weight of the mattress to operate correctly and stay in the open position.
Bed frame squeaking during movement
Check all bolts and connection points to ensure they are fully tightened and lubricate any metal-on-metal hinges if necessary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
The Matteo bed is designed for home assembly. Before starting, ensure you have sufficient floor space for the 180 x 200 cm frame and an extra area to lay out parts. Follow the included step-by-step instructions carefully, ensuring all fasteners are tightened securely to prevent squeaking. For maintenance, vacuum the upholstery regularly using an attachment to prevent dust build-up. If stains occur, use a mild fabric cleaner on a small, inconspicuous spot first to ensure colorfastness. Ensure your mattress is a standard Super King size (180 x 200 cm) to fit the frame correctly.
