Troubleshooting
Trimmer not starting
Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Check if the safety switch is engaged. Clean any debris from the motor housing vents.
Cutting performance is poor
Check if the resin blades are worn or damaged and replace them if necessary. Ensure the cutting swath is clear of thick entanglement. Use the higher power setting for tougher growth.
Battery not charging
Verify the charger is plugged in and the battery is correctly seated on the charger contacts. Ensure the charging area is within the recommended temperature range. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Trimmer stops during use
The battery may be low; check the battery charge indicator. The motor may have overheated; allow it to cool down. Check for any obstructions jamming the blades.
