This Trend Intumescent Cutter Set is designed for cleanly cutting grooves in doors or frames to accept intumescent strip, creating effective barriers against fire and smoke. It is suitable for both frame and door applications. The cutter features two flute carbide tips and a PTFE coating to minimize heat and resin build-up, enhancing performance and longevity. It has a 1/2 inch shank, making it suitable for heavy-duty work with larger routers. Alternative ball bearings can be purchased separately to accommodate different seal thicknesses. Specifications: D= 40 mm, C= 10 mm, B= 32 mm, E= 4 mm, Shank Diameter= 1/2 inch.
