The BS Battery BS10 is an intelligent battery charger designed for motorcycle, ATV, and quad owners needing a reliable way to maintain and charge their 6V or 12V lead-acid or lithium batteries. Its key benefit is its smart, adaptive charging algorithm that prevents overcharging, ensuring battery longevity. A minor caveat is its 1A charge rate, which is ideal for maintenance but slower for deeply discharged batteries. It automatically detects battery type, offers easy mode selection, and includes essential safety features in a compact, portable design.

Yes, the BS10 is designed as a smart charger and maintainer. Its zero overcharge feature, especially for lithium batteries, and adaptable algorithm allow it to be safely connected for extended periods to maintain battery health.
It supports both 6V and 12V lead-acid batteries (including AGM, GEL) and lithium (LiFePO4) batteries.
There is a mode selection button on the charger. Press it to cycle through the 6V and 12V options. The selected voltage should match your battery's designation.
While it can charge 12V batteries, the 1A charge rate is generally too low for most car batteries, which typically require higher amperage chargers. This charger is optimized for smaller vehicle batteries like those found in motorcycles and ATVs.
It means that when you connect or disconnect the charger clamps to the battery terminals, there will be no sparks, preventing potential ignition of gasses and reducing the risk of damaging the battery or charger.
The charger typically has indicator lights to show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for charged/maintenance mode). Refer to the product manual for specific light indicators.
Please refer to the product packaging or BS Battery's official website for detailed warranty information, as it can vary by region and retailer.
Check that the UK plug is securely inserted into a working power outlet. Verify the power cable is not damaged.
Ensure the clamps are firmly connected to the correct battery terminals (positive to positive, negative to negative). Check the battery voltage is within the 6V/12V range supported by the charger. Clean the battery terminals if they are corroded.
Refer to the charger's manual for specific error codes. Common causes include reverse polarity connection, short circuit, or internal overheat. Disconnect power, correct the issue, and try again. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
The 1A charge rate is normal for this model, especially for maintenance. If the battery is deeply discharged, it will naturally take longer to reach full charge. Ensure connections are secure.
