Applied Nutrition Casein Protein is designed for athletes and fitness enthusiasts who need a sustained-release protein source to support overnight muscle recovery. It provides a complete amino acid profile, including BCAAs, in a formula that is low in fat and carbohydrates. While it is excellent for pre-bedtime consumption due to its slow-digesting nature, users should note that its thick texture is specifically formulated for overnight use rather than post-workout recovery.

To prepare, mix one scoop with approximately 250-300ml of water or milk, depending on your preferred thickness. Because of the nature of casein, it will naturally thicken if left to sit; drink it immediately after mixing for the best experience. Store the 1.8kg tub in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the lid is sealed tightly after every use to maintain the integrity of the powder and prevent moisture absorption, which could cause clumping.
