Product Information
Full details
The Pre Lit Birch Tree is designed for homeowners and event planners looking to add a sophisticated, ambient glow to indoor or covered outdoor spaces. Its primary benefit is its versatile, decorative appearance combined with energy-efficient LED technology, making it an excellent centerpiece for seasonal decor or weddings. One notable caveat is that while it features an IP44 rating for splash protection, it is strictly intended for indoor or covered outdoor display and should not be exposed to direct, heavy rain.

FAQs
Can I leave this tree outside permanently?
It is intended for indoor and covered outdoor use. It should be kept in a sheltered area protected from rain and extreme weather.
Does the tree come with a stand?
Yes, the tree includes a base stand designed to keep the 150cm structure upright on flat surfaces.
Can I replace the LED bulbs?
The LEDs are integrated into the branches for a seamless look and are not designed to be individually replaceable.
How heavy are the ornaments I can hang?
We recommend using only lightweight decorations such as ribbons, paper ornaments, or very light plastic baubles.
Is the power cord long enough for outdoor use?
The tree comes with a standard lead wire, but you may need an extension cord if your outdoor socket is far from the display location.
Troubleshooting
The tree lights do not turn on.
Check that the power adapter is fully inserted into the socket and that the connection point at the base of the tree is secure.
Branches feel loose or won't hold shape.
The branches are designed to be bendable. Gently apply pressure to the core wire to reposition them; if they continue to droop, verify that you are not hanging ornaments that are too heavy for the wire gauge.
