The Under Armour Crossback Mid Sports Bra is specifically designed for active adult women who engage in medium-impact activities like cycling, weight training, and boxing. It offers the key benefit of superior next-to-skin comfort through moisture-wicking HeatGear fabric and improved strap accessibility, though users should note that the medium-impact rating may not be sufficient for high-intensity activities like long-distance running for all body types.

This bra is rated for medium-impact activities. While it works for some, those with a larger bust or those doing high-impact running may prefer a high-support model.
Locate the small opening on the side of the interior cup pocket and gently slide the perforated pads out.
It is recommended to hang-dry the bra to protect the elastic band and the fabric technology from heat damage.
HeatGear is Under Armour's signature moisture-wicking fabric designed to pull sweat away from the skin to keep you cool and dry.
The straps feature an updated crossover design that provides a consistent, secure fit without the need for manual plastic hardware adjustments.
Ensure the cups are fully inserted into the interior pockets and that the labeling on the cups matches the designated left/right slots.
Verify the sizing matches the current Under Armour size guide and check that the crossover straps are not twisted.
To ensure the longevity of your garment, always remove the cups before laundering. Machine wash the bra in cold water with similar colors on a gentle cycle. Use a mesh laundry bag to prevent the straps from snagging on other items. Avoid the use of fabric softeners or bleach, as these can break down the performance fibers of the HeatGear material. Hang-dry the bra to maintain the elasticity of the band and the integrity of the cup shape, as high heat from a tumble dryer can prematurely degrade the synthetic fibers.
