No, the electronic components are not dishwasher safe. Clean by hand only.
Battery life varies based on brightness settings, but it is designed to last for several hours of continuous use.
Yes, the IP68 rating means it is submersible, but do not leave it floating unattended in deep water for extended periods.
Yes, the lighting system is independent of the bucket's function as a cooler.
Contact the manufacturer for a replacement remote, as it is required to toggle the light modes.
Check if the unit is charged and ensure the remote has a fresh battery.
Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the remote and the base of the bucket.
Ensure the bucket was pre-chilled and kept out of direct sunlight.
Before initial use, charge the unit completely until the indicator light signals a full battery. To clean the bucket, wipe the interior and exterior with a soft, damp cloth; avoid using abrasive scrubbers that might scratch the waterproof finish. When not in use, store the unit in a cool, dry place and ensure the charging port is covered if the model includes a protective cap. The remote uses a standard coin-cell battery; if the remote becomes unresponsive, replace the battery first before troubleshooting the bucket itself.
