The pencils are standard wax or lead-based colored pencils; they are not classified as washable, so please be mindful when using them on surfaces other than paper.
Yes, these stamps are compatible with most standard, non-toxic water-based ink pads available at craft stores.
Gently wipe the rubber surface with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth or a dedicated stamp cleaner after use.
No, the set includes the stamps, ink pad, and pencils, but does not come with its own supply of paper.
Ensure you are applying even pressure across the entire wooden base of the stamp and verify the paper is on a flat, hard surface.
Check that the ink pad is not dry; if the pad is saturated but not transferring, ensure the stamp surface is clean of dust or debris.
Most standard craft inks are water-soluble; wash the affected area immediately with warm soapy water.
Setting up the kit requires no assembly; simply remove the components from the packaging to begin. The stamps are compatible with most standard ink pads if you wish to expand your color palette beyond the included one. To ensure the longevity of the stamps, wipe the rubber surface with a damp cloth after each use to remove excess ink buildup. Store the stamps in a cool, dry place to prevent the wood from warping and to keep the rubber pliable. For the colored pencils, ensure they are stored in the original packaging or a pencil case to protect the tips from breaking.
