Troubleshooting
Box appears chipped or damaged upon arrival
Inspect the packaging for signs of mish境. Contact the retailer or manufacturer immediately with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.
Surface cleaning leaves streaks
Ensure you are using a soft cloth and minimal moisture. A dry microfiber cloth is often best for light dusting. For tougher marks, a slightly damp cloth followed immediately by a dry cloth should resolve the issue.
Lid does not sit flush
Gently adjust the lid. Ensure no small items are obstructing its placement. If the issue persists, it might be a manufacturing defect; contact customer support.
