It is designed primarily for hard surfaces like countertops and floors. It may struggle to pick up debris effectively from deep-pile carpets.
The material is treated with an antibacterial agent that helps prevent the growth of bacteria on the surface of the brush and pan.
We recommend hand washing with warm soapy water to protect the integrity of the bristles and the antibacterial properties.
The set is specifically designed as a compact, mini-size unit for easy countertop storage, though exact dimensions can vary by specific model batch.
No, this set is designed for dry debris, crumbs, and dust. Using it for liquids may damage the bristles and pan.
No, the set is designed to be stored in drawers, cupboards, or on countertops using its compact, integrated clicking mechanism.
Check for debris caught in the click-in mechanism and ensure the handle is aligned correctly before applying gentle pressure.
Gently comb through the bristles and store the set in a hanging position or in a location where the bristles are not being compressed by other objects.
No assembly is required; the product is ready to use immediately upon unboxing. To maintain the hygiene benefits of the antibacterial surface, wash the dustpan and brush with warm soapy water periodically, ensuring both components are fully air-dried before clicking them back together for storage. This set is intended for use on dry, hard surfaces such as wood, laminate, and stone countertops. Avoid using on excessively wet surfaces to prolong the lifespan of the bristles.
