The Clarks Code C Lace Trainers are designed for individuals who need a versatile, smart-casual footwear option that bridges the gap between athletic performance and formal aesthetics. Featuring advanced C360 Foam cushioning, these trainers provide excellent impact absorption and stability, making them ideal for long days on your feet, though users should note they are optimized for urban walking rather than high-intensity sports.

No, these are designed for smart-casual wear and urban walking, not for high-impact sports like running.
The shoes feature internal construction designed for a specific fit; removing insoles may alter the performance of the C360 cushioning.
Avoid exposure to extreme heat and prolonged saturation in water, which helps preserve the integrity of the foam structure.
No, they feature a breathable mesh lining, so they are not designed to be waterproof.
Use a soft brush to remove dust and a damp cloth for light surface cleaning.
Re-adjust the lace tension using the 'runner's loop' or ensure the eyelets are tightened evenly from bottom to top.
Ensure the shoes are allowed to dry out for 24 hours between heavy uses to allow the breathable mesh lining to fully vent.
Use a damp, soft cloth to gently wipe the affected areas; avoid harsh chemical cleaners which may affect the finish.
To ensure the longevity of your trainers, start by adjusting the lace tension to your specific foot shape—avoid overtightening, as this can restrict natural circulation. These trainers are highly compatible with smart-casual wear, such as chinos, denim, or casual blazers. For care, keep the mesh clean by gently brushing away loose dirt with a soft-bristled brush. If the trainers become wet, allow them to air dry at room temperature away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can degrade the foam cushioning materials over time.
