Product Information

Full details

Schwarzkopf LIVE Purple Shampoo is designed for adults with blonde, bleached, or highlighted hair who want to maintain a cool, salon-fresh tone at home. Its primary benefit is the rapid neutralization of brassy and yellow undertones, resulting in a brighter, more vibrant finish. However, users should be aware that the ultra-pigmented formula is highly potent and may cause staining or excessive toning if left on the hair for too long.

How long should I leave it on?

Start with 1-2 minutes; adjust the time based on your hair's porosity and desired level of neutralization.

Troubleshooting

Hair has a purple tint after washing.

You have left the product on too long. Use a clarifying shampoo for the next wash to help fade the excess pigment.

Shampoo stained my bathroom surfaces.

Immediately scrub the area with a household bathroom cleaner or a mild bleach solution if the surface is non-porous.
