Troubleshooting
Tiles not sticking together firmly
Ensure the magnets are not obstructed by debris. Wipe the edges of the tiles with a clean, dry cloth. If tiles are new, ensure any protective film has been removed.
Difficulty separating tiles
Gently slide the tiles apart rather than pulling directly. If a structure is large, carefully deconstruct it from the top down.
Scratches on tile surface
Minor scratches are a normal part of magnetic tile play and do not affect functionality. Avoid dropping tiles or playing on rough surfaces to minimize scratching.

Compatibility: Connetix tiles are designed to be compatible with other magnetic tile brands that feature a similar core magnetic structure and tile thickness. This allows for expansion and integration with existing collections.
Care: To clean the tiles, use a damp cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the plastic.
