No, this product is designed for indoor use only and should be kept away from moisture and harsh environmental conditions.
No, the package includes only the 4m power cable with the 3-pin plug and the foot switch.
It is compatible with most standard lamps that require a 3-pin connection. Please verify your fixture's power requirements before installation.
The product comes with a 36-month warranty to ensure reliability and peace of mind.
The foot switch measures 7 cm in height and 3 cm in width.
Verify that the plug is fully inserted into the wall outlet and check that the light bulb in your lamp fixture is securely tightened and functional.
Ensure there is no debris preventing the switch from depressing fully and that the switch is placed on a flat, hard surface.
Installation is straightforward as the cable comes ready for immediate use. Ensure your lamp fixture is compatible with a 3-pin plug configuration before connecting. To maintain the appearance and functionality of the cable, avoid exposing the fabric to direct liquid spills or excessive moisture. If the cable becomes dusty, wipe it gently with a dry, soft cloth. Do not attempt to modify the internal wiring of the foot switch, as this will void the 36-month warranty and may compromise the safety certification.
