The 3L Extra Strong Vinyl Reinforcement Rings are an essential tool for students, office professionals, and archivists looking to extend the lifespan of frequently handled loose-leaf documents. These rings offer a reliable way to repair or prevent damage to punched paper holes, ensuring your files stay securely in binders. While they provide excellent reinforcement, they add a slight thickness to pages, which may become noticeable if applied to large stacks of documents.

While they will stick to many surfaces, they are designed primarily for standard office paper and may not bond as securely to glossy laminated sheets.
These rings are made from standard vinyl and are not specifically labeled as acid-free for long-term museum-quality archival storage.
Yes, the 14 mm diameter is standard and will fit most common binder mechanisms regardless of the number of holes.
This pack contains 1,000 individual reinforcement rings.
No, these are self-adhesive and can be applied by hand.
You can use permanent markers on the vinyl surface, but pens or pencils may smudge or slide off.
Ensure the paper is flat and free of debris; press firmly across the entire surface of the ring.
If caught early, gently peel the ring away immediately, but note that the adhesive may be less effective upon re-application.
Clean hands with soap and water; avoid touching the adhesive side of the ring before application to maintain its stickiness.
These rings are compatible with standard 14 mm punched holes found in most A4 and Letter-sized documents. No special setup is required—simply peel the ring from the backing sheet and apply it over the hole. For best results, ensure the paper surface is clean and free of dust or oils before application to maximize adhesive longevity. Store the remaining rings in a cool, dry place to prevent the adhesive from drying out over time. If you need to remove a ring, do so slowly to avoid tearing the underlying paper, as the adhesive is designed for a permanent, secure bond.
