Full details

The Xmas Haus 960 LED Firework Tree is designed for homeowners and commercial decorators looking to create a high-impact, shimmering centerpiece for both indoor and outdoor settings. Its standout feature is the 11.4-foot stature combined with 960 copper gold LEDs that provide a unique, firework-inspired ambiance, though the significant height requires careful placement and secure anchoring to ensure stability in windier outdoor conditions.

FAQs

Can I use this tree indoors?

Yes, the tree is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, making it an excellent centerpiece for large living areas or entryways.

How does the timer work?

The timer is built into the power supply and automatically runs for 6 hours on and 18 hours off, repeating this cycle daily.

Are the LED bulbs replaceable?

No, the LEDs are integrated into the frame for durability and cannot be individually replaced.

Is the tree waterproof?

The tree is suitable for outdoor use, but the power supply unit should be placed in a sheltered or weather-protected location.

Does it require assembly?

Yes, the tree arrives in sections and requires assembly. Follow the included manual to ensure the frame is locked into place correctly.

How long is the power cable?

The tree comes with a five-meter lead wire to provide extra reach to your power source.

Troubleshooting

The tree lights do not turn on.

Verify that the power supply is firmly plugged into a functional outlet and check if the timer cycle is currently in the 'off' phase.

The tree appears unstable in outdoor conditions.

Check that the base is correctly assembled and leveled; use additional heavy-duty garden stakes or sandbags if necessary to secure the base to the ground.

Timer is not cycling correctly.

Unplug the power supply for 30 seconds to reset the internal clock, then plug it back in at the desired start time.

Dual indoor/outdoor compatibility for year-round utility.
Integrated 6/18-hour timer prevents energy waste.
Warm copper gold lighting offers a sophisticated aesthetic.
Generous lead wire length allows for flexible placement.

Significant height may make it susceptible to strong winds outdoors.
Requires ample floor or garden space for installation.
LED bulbs are non-replaceable, necessitating careful handling.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly should be performed on a flat, stable surface. Ensure the base is firmly weighted or anchored if placing outdoors, especially in exposed areas. To maintain the tree, disconnect the power supply during extreme weather events or if the tree is not in use for an extended period. Clean the LED branches periodically with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or debris, which ensures the light output remains bright and clear. Avoid bending the light branches excessively during storage, as this can fatigue the copper wiring inside.
