Troubleshooting

Laptop does not fit

Ensure your laptop's screen size does not exceed 39.6 cm (15.6 inches). Verify the laptop's dimensions against the case's internal capacity if possible.

Accessory pocket items falling out

Organize smaller items securely within the accessory pocket. Avoid overstuffing the pocket, which can cause items to shift or fall out when the case is opened.

Strap feels uncomfortable

Adjust the carrying strap to your preferred length for optimal weight distribution. Ensure the case is not overloaded, which can also contribute to discomfort.

Surface stains on the case

Gently wipe the stained area with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher stains, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean damp cloth.
