The Martex Duck Feather & Down Duvet is designed for those seeking a lightweight, breathable, and ethically sourced bedding solution for warmer months or temperature-controlled homes. Featuring a blend of 85% duck feather and 15% duck down, this 4.5 tog duvet provides a cozy, lofty feel without excessive heat; however, users who prefer high-loft, ultra-thick duvets may find the low-tog rating thinner than seasonal winter bedding.

While some users enjoy a 4.5 tog year-round, it is specifically designed as a light duvet for summer or for homes with high ambient temperatures.
RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certification ensures that the down and feathers used in your product are sourced from ducks treated in accordance with strict animal welfare requirements.
Please check the care label on your specific item. Due to the size and natural filling, professional cleaning is often recommended to ensure proper drying and to prevent clumping.
The NOMITE mark indicates that the product is suitable for people who suffer from house dust mite allergies due to the tight weave of the cotton cover preventing allergen ingress.
Yes, the Martex Duck Feather & Down 4.5 Tog collection is available in Single, Double, King, and Super King sizes.
Natural down and feathers compress during shipping. Shake the duvet vigorously and allow it to air out in a well-ventilated room to restore its loft.
This is a natural characteristic of feather-filled products. Ensure the duvet is always used with a high-quality, tightly woven duvet cover to act as a secondary barrier.
When unpacking your Martex duvet, allow it to aerate for a few hours to ensure it reaches its full loft. To maintain the integrity of the natural filling, follow these care guidelines: regular gentle shaking is essential to prevent the feathers from clumping. When cleaning is required, ensure you follow the care label strictly; generally, professional laundering is recommended for larger sizes to prevent damage to the cotton casing or uneven distribution of the down. Ensure the duvet is kept in a dry environment to maintain the longevity of the natural fibers.
