The YouGarden Asparagus Fern is perfect for indoor gardeners looking for a fast-growing, elegant plant to fill vertical spaces, such as hanging baskets or high shelves. It provides a lush, feathery aesthetic that brings deep green texture into any room, though owners should be aware that the plant's sap can cause skin irritation and its berries are strictly non-edible.

The plant is not for consumption, and the berries are inedible. It is recommended to keep it out of reach of pets as a general safety precaution.
Keep the soil consistently moist but avoid leaving it standing in water. Check the top inch of soil regularly and water when it begins to feel dry.
This plant is primarily suited for indoor environments to protect it from extreme temperature fluctuations.
While not strictly required, a balanced liquid fertilizer applied sparingly during the active growing season can help support its rapid growth.
The berries are inedible. If ingested by humans or animals, please consult a medical professional or veterinarian immediately.
This is often a sign of either overwatering or insufficient light. Ensure the plant is in a bright spot and the soil is damp but not saturated.
This typically occurs when the plant is too dry or the air humidity is too low. Mist the plant regularly or increase the frequency of watering.
Check if the roots have outgrown the 12cm pot. If the plant is root-bound, repot it into a slightly larger container with fresh potting mix.
When your Asparagus Fern arrives, immediately place it in its permanent location to allow it to acclimate to your home's light levels. Since it is supplied in a 12cm plastic pot, you may choose to place it inside a decorative outer container; ensure this pot has adequate drainage to prevent waterlogging. Always wear gloves when handling the plant during repotting or pruning to avoid potential skin irritation from the sap. Maintain soil moisture by feeling the top inch of soil—if it feels dry to the touch, it is time to water. Keep the plant away from curious pets or children due to the non-edible berries.
