Troubleshooting

Joints feel stiff or tight

Gently wiggle the joint back and forth to loosen it; do not force it to move if there is significant resistance.

Clothing is difficult to remove

Ensure you are using the designated velcro or opening points on the clothing rather than pulling by the fabric edges.

Accessories will not stay in the doll's hand

Ensure the hand grip is properly aligned with the weapon's handle; some posing may be required to tension the fingers around the accessory.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is minimal as the product arrives ready for play. To ensure the longevity of the doll:

Avoid forcing joints past their natural range of motion to prevent stress fractures.
When changing outfits, handle the fabric gently to avoid fraying or tearing.
Store accessories in a dedicated small container or pouch when the doll is not in use to keep track of Plagg and the weapon.
Clean the doll's surface with a slightly damp cloth if it becomes dusty; avoid submerging the doll in water, as this can affect the rooted hair quality.
