FAQs

Is the Miniland doll safe for toddlers?

Yes, these dolls are made from phthalate-free vinyl and are designed to be safe and durable for young children.

Are the clothes removable?

Yes, the clothes are specifically designed to be removed and changed, allowing children to practice motor skills.

How long does the vanilla scent last?

The scent is designed to last for a significant time, but it may gradually diminish depending on how often the doll is handled and where it is stored.

Is the doll anatomically correct?

Yes, the My Friends & Me collection features anatomically correct dolls to help children learn about human differences.

Can I wash the doll in the bath?

While the vinyl is water-resistant, it is not recommended to fully submerge the doll in a bathtub, as water can get trapped inside the limbs.

Troubleshooting

The doll has picked up surface dust or marks.

Wipe the surface gently with a soft, damp cloth using a tiny amount of mild, soap-free cleanser.

The vanilla scent is fading.

Keep the doll in a well-ventilated area. While the scent will eventually fade naturally, keeping it out of high heat helps preserve the aromatic profile.

Clothing needs cleaning.

Remove the clothing from the doll and hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent. Air dry thoroughly before dressing the doll again.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

The doll arrives ready for play immediately out of the box. Because the material is porous vinyl, it is recommended to spot clean the doll with a damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive soap. Avoid submerging the doll in water for long periods, especially if the clothing is kept on, as it may trap moisture. Store the doll in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight to prevent the vinyl from discoloring or the vanilla scent from dissipating too quickly. The doll is compatible with standard baby doll clothes if you wish to accessorize, provided the sizes match the scale of the model.
