The MUJI Triple-Layer Sponges are essential kitchen companions for homeowners and apartment dwellers seeking a balance of minimalist design and high-performance cleaning. These sponges are engineered with a specialized three-layer construction that excels at generating a rich lather while lifting stubborn debris, though their size is optimized for standard dishware rather than deep-basin scrubbing.

Each sponge measures 6 x 12 x 3.5 cm.
It is recommended to hand wash and air dry the sponges to preserve the adhesive layers of the foam.
They are constructed from durable urethane foam and a nonwoven fabric layer.
Yes, the nonwoven fabric is generally safe for non-stick surfaces, but always use light pressure to avoid premature wear of the coating.
This product comes in a pack of three grey sponges.
The grey color is a signature of MUJI’s minimalist design, selected to look clean and subtle in a kitchen environment.
Ensure the sponge is squeezed dry after each use and placed in a rack that allows airflow underneath.
Check if the sponge is being used on sharp or jagged surfaces. If the structural integrity is compromised, it is time to replace the unit.
To maximize the lifespan of your MUJI sponges, ensure you rinse them completely after each task and store them in a well-ventilated sponge rack or on an elevated surface. These sponges are compatible with all standard dish soaps. Avoid using them with extremely harsh chemicals or boiling water, as this may degrade the foam structure over time. Replace the sponge every two to four weeks depending on the frequency of use and the condition of the nonwoven layer.
