The Shimano Dura-Ace WH-R9200-C36-TU is a carbon tubular wheel designed for professional road racing. It features a lightweight, 36mm deep full carbon rim for improved aerodynamics, rigidity, and acceleration, making it ideal for sprinters, TT specialists, climbers, and hilly or mountainous terrain. The wheel utilizes stainless steel butted and bladed straight pull spokes for optimal balance and rigidity, with elbow-less spokes for strength and compliance. High lateral rigidity is achieved through wide flange spacing, and labyrinth double-contact sealing protects against water and dirt. The hub features an alloy cone with integrated steel Borozon treated bearing races for reduced friction, and a cold-forged, machined aluminum hub shell with an oversized 7075 alloy axle to minimize weight. This front wheel is tubular compatible and designed for rim brakes.
