Troubleshooting
Soother swaying motion is not starting or is weak.
Ensure the soother is powered either by the AC adaptor or fresh batteries. The swaying motion requires a small, gentle manual push to initiate it. Confirm you have given it this initial push.
No sound or music is playing.
Check that the soother is powered on and the volume is turned up. If using MP3 connectivity, ensure your device is properly connected and playing audio. Try different music or sound options.
Vibration is not working or is weak.
Verify that the soother has sufficient power (AC adaptor or fresh batteries). Check that the vibration function is turned on and set to one of the two speeds. Ensure nothing is obstructing the vibration unit.
Soother is not turning on.
If using the AC adaptor, ensure it is securely plugged into both the soother and a working wall outlet. If using batteries, replace them with fresh ones, ensuring they are inserted with correct polarity. Check the power button.
The compact fold mechanism is stiff or not engaging.
Ensure the soother is on a flat surface and that all components (like the seat recline) are in the correct position for folding as per the manual. Apply firm but gentle pressure, following the folding instructions precisely.
