This is a mineral transmission lubricant from Motul, specially developed for mechanical transmissions, synchronized or non-synchronized gearboxes, gearbox/differentials, transfer gearboxes, and hypoid differentials without limited slip systems. It is designed to operate under shocks, heavy loads, and low revolution speeds, or moderate loads and high revolution speeds. It is recommended for noisy or loaded gearboxes requiring API GL-4 / GL-5 and MIL-L-2105D standards. This lubricant handles heavy loads, reduces transmission noise, and offers a very high lubricating power to decrease friction and wear. Its Extreme Pressure formulation provides efficient anti-wear protection and includes anti-corrosion and anti-foam agents. The SAE 90 viscosity grade at hot temperature ensures an outstanding oil film resistance and is suitable for all types of seals and yellow materials used in gearbox designs. It is suitable for cars, agricultural vehicles, and commercial vehicles, and features a capacity of 5 litres in a canister. This fluid meets API GL-4, API GL-5, and MIL-L-2105 D specifications and is part of the HD product line. It is suitable for vehicles with diesel soot filters.
