The Muc Off Clean, Protect and Lube Kit is an essential maintenance bundle for cyclists of all disciplines—from mountain bikers to daily commuters—looking to extend the lifespan of their components and keep their bike running efficiently. By providing a systematic approach to cleaning, moisture protection, and lubrication, it removes the guesswork from routine maintenance; however, users should note that deep-seated, baked-on grease may still require a dedicated degreaser or scrubbing brush for optimal results.

Yes, the formula is biodegradable, making it safer for the environment.
Ensure you are rinsing the bike thoroughly with fresh water after agitation and do not allow the cleaner to dry on the surface.
Clean the chain thoroughly with the provided cleaner to remove old, gritty lube buildup before re-applying a fresh, thin layer of All Weather Lube.
Avoid spraying Bike Protect directly onto braking surfaces like rotors or rim brake tracks; use a cloth to apply it to metal parts instead.
To maximize the life of your bicycle, follow a routine of rinsing, cleaning, protecting, and lubing. Ensure the bike is not in direct, intense sunlight when applying the cleaner to prevent the solution from drying prematurely. Store all bottles in a cool, dry place and ensure caps are tightened to prevent evaporation or leakage. This kit is fully compatible with all bike types, including mountain bikes, road bikes, and cyclocross machines. Always apply lubricants sparingly to the chain to avoid attracting excess dirt, wiping off any over-application with a clean rag.
