Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin, securely attach the machine to a sturdy, flat countertop using the included extra-high table clamp. Tighten the clamp until the machine is completely rigid. For maintenance, never submerge the unit in water or put it in the dishwasher, as this can damage the internal gearing and cause rust. Instead, brush off any dried flour remnants with a dry, soft brush after each use. If necessary, wipe the outer casing with a damp cloth and dry it immediately. Ensure the rollers are completely free of dough particles to maintain smooth operation for your next cooking session.
