Check the hidden grub screw underneath the base to ensure it is tightened against the mounting bracket.

Installation requires wall-mounting. Use the included fixings to secure the bracket to a solid, level surface. Since this is a square-profile item, use a spirit level to ensure the bracket is perfectly horizontal before tightening the screws. For care, clean the surface periodically with a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals that might scratch or strip the gold plating. Dry the holder after cleaning to prevent water streaks.
