The Living and Home 850W Upright Vacuum Cleaner is an ideal cleaning solution for homeowners looking for high-capacity dust storage and multi-surface versatility. Featuring a powerful 850W motor and a generous 3-litre dust cup, it is designed for deep cleaning whole homes without the need for constant emptying; however, its upright design is heavier than cordless stick vacuums, which may be a consideration for users with multi-story homes requiring frequent stair navigation.

Yes, use the height-adjustable brush bar settings to find the optimal height for your specific carpet pile.
Yes, use the extension tube and 2-in-1 tool to clean stair treads and risers comfortably.
The 3-litre capacity is designed for extended use, but we recommend emptying it once it hits the 'Max' fill line indicator on the container.
The vacuum features cord hooks for manual storage; ensure the cord is wrapped securely after each use.
Please refer to the manual for specific filter maintenance, but ensure the standard filter is cleaned or shaken out regularly to maintain airflow.
The unit offers a 12.5-metre cleaning radius, which includes the length of the 7-metre power cord and the hose attachment system.
Check the dust cup for a full bin, inspect the hose for clogs, and ensure all seals are tightly connected.
Check for debris tangled around the brush and ensure the height adjustment setting is appropriate for the floor type.
The thermal cut-off may have engaged. Turn the vacuum off, unplug it, and wait 30 minutes for the motor to cool down before restarting.
Setting up the vacuum involves clipping the handle into the main body and attaching the hose to the rear intake. Before first use, ensure the dust cup is properly locked into position. For optimal performance, empty the 3-litre bin once it reaches the 'Max' fill line. Regularly inspect the rotating brush bar for tangled hair or string, and use scissors to cut away debris to maintain rotation efficiency. Always store the unit in a dry environment and ensure the power cord is wrapped properly around the integrated cord hooks to prevent kinking or damage.
