To set up the tool, select the nozzle size that matches your rivet diameter and screw it into the head using a wrench. Ensure the connection is tight but not overtightened to prevent thread damage. The tool is compatible with steel, aluminium, and stainless steel rivets within the 2.4mm to 4.8mm range. Maintenance is minimal: periodically clean the jaws to remove metal shards or debris that can cause slipping, and apply a drop of light machine oil to the pivot points every few months to maintain smooth handle movement. Store the tool in a dry, clean environment to prevent rust.
