FAQs
Can I mount this on drywall alone?
It is strongly recommended to mount the cabinet into wall studs or use heavy-duty toggle bolts designed for drywall if studs are inaccessible.
Are the doors soft-closing?
The product features standard hinges; ensure you close them gently to avoid impact damage.
What are the dimensions?
The cabinet measures 69.5 cm in width, 34 cm in depth, and 90 cm in height.
Can the shelves be adjusted?
The internal compartments are designed for fixed organization as specified in the assembly manual.
Is the cabinet waterproof?
The material is moisture-resistant but not waterproof; wipe up spills immediately and avoid high-humidity environments like directly inside a shower room.
Troubleshooting
Cabinet feels unstable on the wall
Verify that you have used the correct hardware for your specific wall type and check that the mounting brackets are fully tightened.
Doors are misaligned
Adjust the hinges slightly until the doors hang level and open smoothly without catching.
Surface is scratched
Use a wood-tone touch-up marker that matches the artisan oak finish to blend the area.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Saves valuable floor space through wall-mounted design
- Versatile placement options (wall-mounted or atop a sideboard)
- Durable engineered wood construction resistant to daily wear
- Clean, minimalist aesthetic fits multiple home decor styles
Cons
- Wall screws and plugs are not included
- Requires professional assembly or careful DIY installation
- Heavy weight requires secure mounting to wall studs
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly of the cabinet is required and should be completed on a soft, flat surface to avoid scratching the wood finish.
- Wall Mounting: Because hardware is not included, you must purchase screws and wall plugs specific to your wall type (e.g., drywall, brick, or masonry). If you are unsure about the structural integrity of your wall, consult a professional installer.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down surfaces. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges that could compromise the engineered wood coating.
- Maintenance: Periodically check that the wall mountings remain tight and that the aluminium handles are secure. Do not overload the compartments beyond reasonable weight limits to prevent strain on the wall anchors.
