Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup Requirements
To ensure the rack functions as intended, it must be mounted to a flat, level surface. Using appropriate masonry or heavy-duty anchors for concrete floors is recommended to prevent the unit from tipping or shifting. Always check that the wheel guides are tightened to the correct width before first use.
Compatibility
This rack supports tires ranging from 50mm to 135mm. It is generally compatible with most standard road, hybrid, and mountain bike wheels. Note that extremely thin racing tires may require extra care to ensure they remain upright within the guide.
Care and Maintenance
- Regularly inspect the wheel guide adjustment points to ensure screws are tight.
- Periodically wipe down the unit to remove debris or moisture that could lead to surface corrosion.
- Check floor anchors quarterly to ensure the unit remains securely attached to the ground.
