FAQs

Is Felix As Good As It Looks Ocean Feasts suitable for kittens?

No, this specific formulation is designed for adult cats. Felix offers other products specifically tailored for kittens with their unique nutritional requirements.

How much should I feed my cat daily?

Feeding guidelines are typically printed on the packaging. For an average adult cat (4kg), approximately 3-4 pouches per day, split into at least two meals, is a common recommendation. Adjust according to your cat's activity level, age, and body condition. Always ensure fresh water is available.

What are Omega-6 fatty acids, and why are they important?

Omega-6 fatty acids are essential nutrients that play a vital role in maintaining healthy skin and a shiny, lustrous coat. They contribute to overall skin barrier function and coat quality.

Can I mix this wet food with dry kibble?

Yes, many cat owners combine wet and dry food. This can add variety and hydration. When mixing, adjust the quantities of each to ensure your cat receives the appropriate total daily caloric intake.

Does this product contain artificial colors or preservatives?

Info needed: Please refer to the full ingredient list on the product packaging for specific details regarding artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives.

How long does an opened pouch stay fresh in the refrigerator?

Once opened, any unused portion of Felix As Good As It Looks should be covered, refrigerated, and consumed within 24 hours to ensure freshness and safety.

Troubleshooting

My cat refuses to eat the food.

Cats can be particular. Try serving at room temperature if it was refrigerated. Introduce new food gradually by mixing small amounts with their current food. If they dislike a specific flavor, try another from the variety pack. Ensure the bowl is clean.

My cat is experiencing mild digestive upset (e.g., loose stool) after switching food.

Sudden dietary changes can sometimes cause temporary upset. Transition to Felix Ocean Feasts gradually over 7-10 days by mixing increasing amounts with their previous food. If symptoms persist, consult your veterinarian.

The food in the pouch seems dry or less fresh than usual.

Ensure pouches are stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Check the best-before date on the packaging. If a pouch seems compromised upon opening (e.g., unusual smell, discoloration), discard it.
