The Makita DGA463Z is an 18V LXT BL 115mm Angle Grinder Bare Unit. This 115mm slide switch, variable speed angle grinder is powered by an 18V LXT lithium-ion battery. It is a body-only / naked machine, supplied without battery or charger. Key features include a brushless motor, variable speed control dial, anti-restart function, electric brake, and an on/off slide switch. It also has an electronic current limiter for overload protection, a battery fuel gauge, and an ergonomic soft grip. The grinder utilizes Automatic Torque Drive Technology, which automatically changes the cutting speed according to load condition for optimum operation, and Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT), which shuts down the tool to protect the user if the rotation speed suddenly slows down. Other features include removable dust covers, a lock-on function, and soft start. The tool is bare without battery or charger. It comes supplied with a grinding wheel, lock nut wrench, side handle, and a 16" Trade Tool Bag. This 16" Open Mouth Tool Bag is made from heavy-duty 600 denier fabric with a reinforced base for excellent strength and durability. The shoulder strap allows easy carrying of heavy loads, and multiple internal and external pockets provide excellent organization for tools and accessories. Made of premium hard-wearing Oxford Fabric 600D, it offers years of protection against wear and tear. 600D Oxford fabric is heavier and more durable than 420D fabric, with a denier of 600. This fabric is commonly used for camping chairs, camping beds, trolley shopping bags, and outdoor gear requiring more strength and abrasion resistance.
