The Sealey 14 Piece Diesel Injector Puller Set is a professional-grade solution designed for automotive technicians and mobile mechanics tasked with the safe extraction of seized or stubborn diesel injectors. Its primary benefit is the ability to remove injectors without causing collateral damage to the cylinder head or the injector body, saving significant repair costs. However, users should note that successful operation requires a baseline level of mechanical expertise and familiarity with specific common rail systems to ensure the correct adapter is selected.

This set is compatible with most Bosch, Delphi, Denso, and Siemens common rail systems, but may not cover every niche or vintage diesel engine.
These sockets are designed for manual removal; using an impact wrench may damage the adapter or the injector housing.
Please contact Sealey support or your local distributor to check the availability of individual spare parts for the VS2059 kit.
Keep the slide hammer shaft clean and lightly lubricated with machine oil to ensure smooth, efficient operation.
Yes, it is designed for heavy-duty, professional workshop environments.
Apply a high-quality penetrating oil and allow it to soak for several hours before attempting extraction again.
Verify that you have selected the correct brand-specific adapter and that the thread is not damaged or obstructed by debris.
To set up for an extraction, first identify the specific fuel system brand (Bosch, Delphi, Denso, or Siemens) and select the corresponding adapter from the kit. Ensure the engine area is clean of loose debris to prevent contamination of the combustion chamber once the injector is removed. When using the 1/2-inch square drive sockets, verify the fit is flush to avoid stripping the injector hex. After use, wipe down all adapters and the slide hammer with a light machine oil to prevent surface rust, then return all tools to their designated spots in the case to maintain inventory control.
