The Ochama x SONGMICS Neoprene Dumbbells Set is designed for home-based fitness enthusiasts looking for a compact, versatile solution for strength training, weight loss, and muscle toning. With three pairs of progressive weights ranging from 1 kg to 2 kg, it provides an efficient way to perform full-body workouts in limited time, though it may not provide enough resistance for advanced powerlifters or heavy strength training enthusiasts.

While they can be used outdoors, it is recommended to keep them in a dry, indoor environment to preserve the integrity of the neoprene coating.
No, these are fixed-weight dumbbells. You receive three distinct pairs (1 kg, 1.5 kg, and 2 kg) to vary your resistance.
Yes, the set includes a compact plastic stand specifically designed for these three pairs of weights.
The neoprene coating provides a cushioned layer that is generally gentler on surfaces than bare iron, though care should still be taken when setting them down.
You can clean the coating with a soft cloth dampened with mild soapy water; do not submerge the weights in water.
Wipe the neoprene surface with a damp cloth to remove any accumulated sweat or debris that may interfere with the grip.
Ensure the stand is placed on a level, solid floor surface; if it wobbles, check that all parts are correctly aligned and snapped into place.
Assembly of the included stand is straightforward and requires no complex tools. Once the stand is assembled, place it on a flat, level surface to ensure maximum stability. To maintain the neoprene finish, wipe the dumbbells down with a damp cloth after each workout to remove sweat and oils. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, which can degrade the outer coating over time. Store the set in a dry, indoor environment to prevent the core from rusting or the coating from weathering.
