No, this product requires full assembly. It is recommended to have two people assist with the process.
The product is specifically engineered for a handle-free push-open experience, so adding custom handles would require drilling the panels, which may void the warranty.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to dust regularly. For light marks, use a slightly damp cloth followed immediately by a dry one.
While the surface is robust, it is designed primarily for decorative items and personal accessories. Always check the weight capacity limits in the provided manual before placing heavy electronics on top.
Yes, the drawers use a slide system to ensure they operate smoothly within the chest frame.
It is highly recommended to use the included wall-anchoring hardware to prevent tipping, especially in homes with children or pets.
Check the alignment of the push-latch mechanism to ensure it is fully engaging when the drawer is pushed in.
Verify that the drawer slides are properly lubricated and that no debris is obstructing the track.
Check that all screws are tightened properly and ensure the chest is placed on a flat, level surface.
Assembly of the chest should be performed on a soft surface like a rug to prevent scratching the black finish. Ensure all fasteners are tightened securely during assembly to maintain structural integrity. For daily care, wipe the unit down with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges that could dull the contemporary black finish. If the push-open mechanism becomes stiff, ensure the drawer slides are free of debris or dust buildup to maintain the smooth operational feel of the touch-latch system.
